I need the flexibility to update and change that spreadsheet without the limits of it being trapped in Onenote. I'm having trouble finding a way (if one exists) to link to Onenote pages from individual cells from Excel.

1. Excel -> OneNote
   Click the 'Anchor to OneNote' in the Excel will bring up OneNote docks in desktop.
2. Excel -> OneNote
   Click the 'Anchor to OneNote' in the Excel will jump to the OneNote page which associated with current Excel workbook.
3. Excel -> OneNote
   Click the 'Anchor to OneNote' in the Excel will list all OneNote pages which associated with current Excel workbook.
4. OneNote -> Excel
   Click the anchor icon in OneNote will jump to the corresponding cell in Excel worksheet.
